• This offer is available on selected plots and developments only, subject to contract and status.
• Flooring must be purchased through Onward Living’s chosen supplier: Victor Huglin Carpets Ltd.
• Flooring must be up to the value of £1,500 (inc. VAT), and must be chosen from the samples provided.
• The flooring will be agreed prior to reservation by your Onward Living sales advisor.
• The flooring will be ordered as soon as reservation has been confirmed, and fitted before completion of sale, subject to Huglin’s availability.
• There is no cash alternative to the value of the offer.
• We reserve the right to amend or withdraw an offer at any time prior to reservation. Please speak to one of our sales advisors if you have any questions or queries regarding this offer.
• These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
